    Camping/RV Facilities

    $50.00 per day.

    Cash only. 

    Due and payable upon arrival for duration of stay. 

    No Reservations.

    First come first serve basis.

    • 14 day maximum length of stay.
    • Break in stay minimum 2 weeks.

    Check-in: Noon

    Checkout: Noon

    Do not use vacant site for any reason without contacting Management Team first.

    MONDAY – SUNDAY 8:00AM – 10:00PM

    • Sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required.
    • 30 Amp power at each site

    To Report problem with facility, contact (209) 620-4066!

    **Do not attempt to correct any problems within facilities on your own.  You are our guest.  Permission to use facilities can be revoked at any time by Management.

    • Fires

      • No open flame allowed.
      • Only gas grills permitted.

    • Pets

      • All pets must always be on a leash under owner control.
      • Do not leave pets unattended in the campground.
      • Owners are required to clean up, seal in a bag, and properly dispose of waste deposited by their animal.
      • Unruly and/or aggressive pets will not be allowed to remain on the grounds.

    • Sanitation

      • Sites must be kept clean, free of boxes, litter, and trash. All trash is to be put in dumpster.
      • No Vehicle Repair or Maintenance allowed on premises.

    • RV & Motor Vehicle Parking

      • Obey all signs around the property.
      • Parking in designated parking areas only.
      • Reserved site is for RV and one other motor vehicle only.
      • Do not park any vehicle or vessel in a manner to block or obstructs the exit of another vehicle already illegally parked.
      • Tow-vehicle and one support vehicle per site.
      • Vehicles and RVs must have current registration and insurance documents available for inspection upon request.
      • Units more than ten years old are subject to inspection and must be approved by the management team.

    • Conduct

      • Quiet Hours are to be observed from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
      • Minor Children - No person under 18 permitted to camp without parent or legal guardian.

    • Disorderly Conduct

      • No verbally offensive or threatening language allowed. No physical violence tolerated.
      • Excessive drinking and loud parties and other unacceptable behavior are not permitted.
      • Illegal activities of any kind are prohibited including trespassing of other RV sites. • Registered Camper will be held accountable for any Vandalism or damage of any kind by their guest.
