The Stanislaus County Fair is committed to promoting and protecting the privacy rights of individuals, as enumerated in Article 1 of the California Constitution, the Information Practices Act of 1977, and other state and federal statutes.
It is the policy of The Stanislaus County Fair to limit the collection and safeguard the privacy of personal information collected or maintained by Stanislaus County Fair. Stanislaus County Fair information management practices are consistent with the Information Practices Act (Civil Code Section 1798 et seq.), the Public Records Act (Government Code Section 6250 et seq.), Government Code Sections 11015.5 and 11019.9, and with other applicable laws pertaining to information privacy.

We take reasonable precautions to protect the personal information on individuals collected or maintained by Stanislaus County Fair against loss, unauthorized access, and illegal use or disclosure. REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds for ticket sales. All sales final. Other refunds will be provided via a check and submitted only to the card holder in the original transaction.
SHIPPING POLICY: There is not shipping of any items. All items are available at Will Call only.
