Turlock, CA (April 12, 2018) – The Stanislaus County Fair is partnering with local
pre-school through fifth-grade classes, as well as after school programs to teach students about the importance of agriculture in the community.
The Stanislaus County Fair’s “School Involvement Program” is sponsored by the Turlock Chamber of Commerce Ag Committee and gives students an opportunity to use their imagination and put into their project all that they have learned about agriculture in Stanislaus County.
Specifically-developed curriculum kits will assist teachers with instructing students all about agriculture. The free-of-charge kits include project information, a book, activities for the classroom, and supplies for the group project. Each class participating will have their projects entered and showcased at the 2018 Fair.

In Nashville, before anyone ever referred to the southern end of Broadway as SoBro, the Hillsboro Village neighborhood boasted Sunset Grill, a restaurant that during the 1990s proved as integral to Nashville recorded music as other metropolitan eateries that over the years became legendary hubs for creative businesses in New York and Los Angeles. In 1991 a group of 4 young street hardened boys by the name of B.O.N.E. Enterpri$e used their musical talents to obtain one way bus tickets to make their way out from the rough city of Cleveland, Ohio. They headed out to Los Angeles and were determined to perform for the top record labels at the time. They constantly called in to prove themselves.
