The Stanislaus County Fairgrounds offers facilities that can be rented for parties, concerts, training sessions, conferences, RV camping, and much more! With easy access from Hwy 99, the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds is the perfect venue for your next event. For large scale events such as festivals, concerts, car shows, dog shows,, livestock show, or public events of these natures, please complete and EVENT PROPOSAL FORM and submit it by email to [email protected].
If you are interested in renting one of our halls, arena, livestock barns or grass areas, please review the information below. If you have specific dates in mind, you are welcome to visit our CALENDAR OF EVENTS for availability or call our main office at (209) 668-1333 for further assistance.

RENTALS: To reserve a date and venue, please call our Events Office at (209) 668-1333 Ext:301. Our events office is open Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Rentals are on a first come first serve basis, unless the date is held for an annual renter or held for the Stanislaus County Fair. To secure event date and venue, a rental deposit is due at the time of booking.
