“El Dasa”

July 9, 2023

Turlock, CA (April 27, 2023) – We are cheerful and in love at the Stanislaus County Fair where life is happening! Bring your favorite dancing boots because this show will have you dancing all night long!

The Stanislaus County Fair Welcomes Latin Grammy Nominee, “El Dasa” on Sunday July 9th, at The Coors Light Stage at 8:30 p.m. Concert will be hosted by Radio Lazer 93.9 and is sponsored by La Mejor Magazine. Concert series are free with the price of Fair admission.

“Love is in the air when this talented vocalist performs, you can’t help but sing along and relate to the lyrics.” said Jose Piña, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair.

The Latin GRAMMY® nominee, El Dasa premieres his second record production entitled ‘Alegre y Enamorado’ which contains 14 songs with the collaboration of famous composers and new talents, inspired by the life of the young star. An album that, as El Dasa says, “is made with a lot of heart, passion, dedication and, above all, sincere” since the songs are his own experiences, thus giving it a more intimate twist. ‘Alegre y Enamorado’ contains the singles “Por Ser Bonita” and “Mi Amiga, Mi Amor, Mi Amante”, both already have their respective music videos, as well as including musical proposals such as a Quinceañera waltz and a theme dedicated to single mothers, among others.

This second production was recorded in the city of Los Angeles and in his native Sonora, Mexico in the studios of El Dasa and the Cuates Valenzuela, under the production of the artist himself, where he captured his essence in each song.

With this production, El Dasa continues to show his great talent and charisma, which has placed him as one of the great performers of the Mexican Regional with the goal of continuing to consolidate himself through his songs and that they become classics for the people in general both in the United States United as in Mexico.

WE ARE ROCKING OUT AT THE STANISLAUS COUNTY FAIR!

“Revisiting Creedence”

July 11, 2023

Turlock, CA (April 21, 2023) – “I want to know if I will see you at the Stanislaus County Fair!” They toured the world with original Creedence Clearwater Revival members & Rock and Roll Hall of Famers, now they’re continuing the CCR legacy, live in concert at the Stanislaus County Fair!

The Stanislaus County Fair welcomes “Revisiting Creedence”, at The Coors Light Stage at 8:30 p.m.  The concert will be hosted by 104.1 The Hawk and is free with the price of Fair admission.

“I am very excited to hear Dan McGuinnes’s full power voice go from edgy, to rough and delicate in an instant!” said Jose Piña, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair.

Dan McGuinness and Kurt Griffey toured the world performing with original Creedence Clearwater Revival members and Rock & Roll Hall of Famers in Creedence Clearwater Revisited for ten years. Now they’ve been passed the torch continuing and celebrate CCR’s musical legacy, live in concert as Revisiting Creedence.

Dan and Kurt performed as the lead singer and lead guitar player respectively for a decade on stage with rock royalty — Creedence Clearwater Revival’s legendary rhythm section and founding members Stu Cook and Doug “Cosmo” Clifford in Creedence Clearwater Revisited.

Since Dan and Kurt first took the stage together in Creedence Clearwater Revisited in 2011, they performed with CCR’s Cosmo and Stu in nearly 1,000 concerts around the globe. Across the United States, Canada, South America, Mexico, and New Zealand – they rocked the iconic catalog of Creedence Clearwater Revival — one of America’s and the world’s all-time most popular bands.

Kurt and Dan’s experience on stage in Creedence Clearwater Revisited are key to the incredible Revisiting Creedence concert experience. Revisiting Creedence nails CCR’s signature evergreen hits such as “Green River,” “Bad Moon Rising,” “Down on The Corner,” “Born on The Bayou,” “Fortunate Son,” “Proud Mary” and many more. Kurt roams the stage driving extended jams of “I Heard It Through the Grapevine” and “Susie Q.” The show is an absolute blast for the audience and fans who inevitably know every word to every song.

Ron Wikso anchors Revisiting Creedence on drums. Ron’s pedigree includes being hand-picked by Cosmo to substitute for him on drums in Creedence Clearwater Revisited and Ron performed nearly two years of concerts in Creedence Clearwater Revisited. Joining Revisiting Creedence on bass guitar is Mat Scarpelli. Mat is a renowned multi- instrumentalist and high harmony vocalist and has toured with the band throughout the United States.

CCR music is timeless and remains universally popular. CCR was recently recognized among the top 10 most streamed rock bands on YouTube in 2022 just after the Rolling Stones and a place ahead of Pink Floyd (www.msn.com). Revisiting Creedence is the only band in the world with the heritage and, experience, to credibly honor, celebrate and perform the incredible catalogue of Creedence Clearwater Revival in concert. Don’t miss Revisiting Creedence!
