Building E-1
(no kitchen)
(800 to 900 dining capacity)
Best known as the Homemade and Home
Grown building during fair time, Building
E-1 is one of the two largest buildings on
the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds. The
building is perfect for large dinners, trade
shows, meetings, and more. The building
features newly renovated restrooms and is a
blank canvas in which you can create the
environment that best suits your event.
Unique to Building E-1 is a walk-in, cold
storage box that may be utilized for a
nominal rental fee.

Building E-2
(with kitchen)
(800 to 900 dining capacity)
At fair time, this huge building becomes
home to more than 50 commercial exhibitors.
But throughout the year this building is
transformed into events of all types, even
those that include a catered meal. Almost
nearly as large as Building E-1, this
versatile building is perfect for corporate
events, private parties, trade shows, large
meetings, and more. This building features
newly renovated restrooms.

filled with ag mechanics and
industrial arts during fair time, it
transforms beautifully year-round as
a perfect place for intimate dinner
parties or small meetings at which
attendees need to interact close

Building E-5

(300 dining capacity)
Newly remodeled in 2007, the building is
home to fine arts and crafts during fair
time. Building E-5 is the perfect event
facility for a corporate training, a small
dinner and dance, or even a quilt or trade
show.

Some of the most captivating views through
the camera lens are on display in this
building during fair time—the Photography
Building. But throughout the year this
multi-purpose building becomes a cafeteria
for a large swap meet, a meeting room for
smaller groups, and even the site of family
reunions. Because the building includes a
large kitchen, this is a very popular event
facility.

eight foot banquet tables and folding chairs. Round tables
are available at a cost of $6.50 per table. Fees include

Grounds
Rentals
In addition to the five exhibit buildings,
barns, and arena, the Fair’s grounds are
also available for rent. Our 72-acre campus
features beautifully mature Sycamore trees
that create wonderful shaded areas
throughout our grounds. The grounds
are transformed throughout the year into the
perfect event site for auto swap meets, dog
shows, RV rallies, festivals, firemen’s
musters, company picnics, and
more.

LED Digital Sign
This state-of-the-art display provides a
dynamic advertising medium that runs 68
billion colors for true-to-life image
reproduction. The 11' x 20' digital sign is
viewed by over 21,000 cars a day at the busy
Turlock intersection of Fulkerth Road and
Golden State Blvd. Prominently located on
the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds, each ad
will be seen approximately 192 times per
