CLEAN AND GREEN EXPO NEW TO 2009
STANISLAUS COUNTY FAIR
Companies who
offer reusable, renewable or recyclable
products or services are invited to
participate in the Stanislaus County
Fair’s new Clean and Green
Expo.
With the theme “Renewable Fun,” the 2009
Stanislaus County Fair will feature a
new mini trade show of vendors and
organizations who offer eco-friendly
products or services. The Clean and
Green Expo is currently sponsored by the
Modesto Irrigation District and Turlock
Irrigation District. Sponsors of the
expo will receive a 10’ x 10’ exhibit
space for all 10 days of the fair.
Basic
sponsorships begin at the $1,000 level.
Major sponsorships are $2,500 and up and
include full-color logo presence on many
of the fair’s marketing collaterals, in
print advertising and on its
highly-visited website.
“As consumers, we are always looking for
ways to reduce our energy bills,
green-up our lifestyles and help our
families make better choices for the
future,” said Pennie Rorex, spokesperson
for the Stanislaus County Fair. “The
Stanislaus County Fair’s new Clean and
Green Expo will be the perfect place to
seek a variety of options all under one
tent. We are very appreciative that MID
and TID have come forward to be leaders
of this new fair venue.”

The Stanislaus County Fair is now in its
98th year. The 2009 fair
opens Friday, July 31, 2009, for a
10-day celebration of Stanislaus
County's rich agricultural heritage. The
theme of this year's fair, "Renewable
Fun," encourages both adults and
children to appreciate the blending of
tradition with innovation in order to
preserve our environment while enjoying
its abundance.
