Get Your Favorite Fair Food Bites – Only at the #StancoFair Summer of Fun!

TURLOCK (June 22nd, 2021) – This July, the Stanislaus County Fair will highlight the best of fair food at our premiere Fair Food Bites event! As part of our Summer of Fun Arena Series Presented by Coors Light, Fair Food Bites will have FREE admission and be open to the public each of the three weekends in July: July 9-11, July 16-18, and July 23-25. 
 
Food will be served in a walk-up format. Attendees can purchase ALL of their favorite fair food to-go, or enjoy it with their family and friends at picnic table seating! The Fair Food Bites stations will be open from 10am to 10pm on Fridays & Saturdays, and 10am to 7pm on Sundays. Free parking is available for all patrons in the North Parking Lot off of Soderquist Rd. or North Broadway.
 
Have a sweet tooth? You’ll have the best of local fair delights to choose from. This year’s featured vendors include Duggan’s Kettle Corn, Funnel Cake Express, PHD & Me Pretzels, Country Fair Cinnamon Rolls, and ICEE! Stop by Funnel Cake Express for their famous cheesecake funnel cake and their fried Oreos and Twinkies. You can grab an appetizing almond toffee pretzel or yummy pizza pretzel at PHD & Me Pretzels. Don’t forget to visit Country Fair Cinnamon Rolls for their Bacon Bomb, a delectable cinnamon roll topped with bacon and maple syrup. 
 
If you’re in the mood for something savory, bring your family to VFW Auxiliary, Space Age Corn Dog & Curly Fries, Space Age Corn & Baked Potato, and Jeanne’s Artichokes! Chow down on a tasty Cajun corn dog or a Polish sausage sandwich at Space Age Corn Dog & Curly Fries. Want to fill up but don’t want to slow down? Get VFW’s Auxiliary’s legendary Double Cheeseburger and Warrior Fries to-go. Make sure to try Jeanne’s Artichokes, renowned for their scrumptious fried artichokes, veggies, and french fries. 
 
Tickets to the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds Summer of Fun Arena Series Presented by Coors Light are still available! For three weekends in July, the FoodMaxx Arena will feature destruction derbies, monster trucks, drag racing, tractor pulls, a car-crushing dinosaur, and much more! Tickets can only be purchased online at www.stancofair.com. General admission tickets are $25/each, while tickets for the Dirt Drags will be $12.

TURLOCK (June 16th, 2021) – Bid big on prized livestock at the Stanislaus County Fair’s Junior Livestock Auctions! Sales will take place on July 11th, July 13th-14th, July 16th-17th and July 24th.

Replacement Heifer: The 53rd Annual Replacement Heifer Sale will begin with the Recognition of Champions on Sunday, July 11th at 1PM in the Barn 4 Show Ring. Replacement Heifers will be available to bid on in-person only in the B-4 Show Ring.

Market Rabbit & Market Poultry: The Small Animal Sale will be virtual only. The auction will start at noon on Tuesday, July 13th and end at 8PM on Wednesday, July 14th

Market Beef: The 57th Market Beef Sale will take place on Friday, July 16th at 7PM in the Barn 4 Show Ring. Market Beef animals will be available to bid on in-person only in the B-4 Show Ring.

Market Swine: The 57th Annual JLA Market Swine Sale will be on Saturday, July 17th at 9AM in the Thurman Pavilion. The Market Swine Sale will be in-person and streamed online.

Market Goat & Market Sheep: The 57th Annual JLA Market Goat and Market Sheep Sale will start at 9AM on Saturday, July 24th in the Thurman Pavilion. Like the Market Swine Sale, this sale will be in-person and streamed online.

Stanislaus County Fair Drive-Thru Tri-Tip Dinner Fundraiser Supports Local Youth Livestock

TURLOCK (June 11th, 2021) – Craving a different drive-thru experience than the usual fast food restaurants? Join us at the Stanislaus County Fair for a tasty tri-tip drive-thru dinner for the whole family on Friday, June 18th! A dinner for 4 includes tri-tip, Greek rice, salad, dinner rolls and dessert. All proceeds from the drive-thru fundraiser will benefit the Stanislaus County Fair Livestock and Small Animal Program.

Dinners can be picked up anytime between 4 PM and 6 PM at the Livestock entrance of the fairgrounds (900 N Broadway, Turlock, CA 95380). Tickets are only $50, and are available to purchase at the Fair’s Administration and Livestock Office. Please email Kassi Sieber-Laughlin at ksieber@stancofair.com to buy your ticket.
