EXHIBITOR HANDBOOK IS HERE AND TICKET SALES COMING VERY SOON!

Turlock, CA (March 29, 2018) – Mark your calendars! While the Exhibitor Handbook is ready to be picked up, ticket sales are coming up soon. Don’t miss out on discounted tickets, which will be on sale starting Saturday, April 28 at 8 a.m.
“We have exciting new elements that will be featured at this year’s Fair, such as a Dinosaur exhibit,” said Adrenna Alkhas, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair. “The lineup for the Bud Light Variety Free Stage has also stirred up much excitement in the community, but our exhibit’s program – which has been around for over 100 years – is always a great way of having the community become part of the Fair. We encourage our guests to join in on the fun by visiting us this summer or even joining in as an exhibitor. Together, we will make this another unforgettable year!”
The Stanislaus County Fair will also open its box office to sell discounted Fair admission tickets, arena tickets, fair season pass, and discount unlimited ride wristbands beginning Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 8 a.m. Discounted adult admission tickets will be on sale for $10 (a $12 value). Kids ages 7-12 years old and seniors who are 65 and older will be able to purchase discounted tickets for $5 (an $7 value). Unlimited ride wristbands will be $28 (a $30 value for Monday-Friday and $35 value Saturday-Sunday). Arena event tickets will be priced according to each event. Guests can purchase a season pass good for 10 adult admissions for $75 ($120 value). Guests can buy tickets at discount prices until Thursday, July 12th at 7:00 p.m.

That Good Ol’ Kentucky Country at the Fair

Turlock, CA (March 22, 2018) – John Michael Montgomery is coming down to the Stanislaus County Fair!
The Stanislaus County Fair will have John Michael Montgomery kick off this year’s run as the first headliner on Friday, July 13, 2018. The performance will take place on the Bud Light Variety Free Stage at 8:30 p.m. The concert will be hosted by KAT Country 103 and is free with the price of Fair admission.
“Not only is John Michael Montgomery an incredible singer, but he’s also an amazing storyteller,” said Adrenna Alkhas, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair. “It’s easy to hear his heart being poured into his music and on Friday the 13th, lucky concertgoers will witness this firsthand.”

EXHIBITOR DEADLINES AND TICKET SALES APPROACHING FAST!

Turlock, CA (March 15, 2018) – Exhibitor deadlines and ticket sales are just around the corner! Don’t miss out on entering into the county’s largest display of talent exhibits as the deadline is Thursday, May 17th for all Exhibits, 4H and FFA Horse, Small Animals and Livestock entered at the 2018 Fair. Deadline for Open Horse is Thursday, June 7, 2018.
All 4-H and FFA submit entries online tomorrow, March 16, 2018 at www.stancofair.com.
Discounted tickets will also be available starting Saturday, April 28 at 8 a.m.
“The exhibitor handbook is currently online or can be picked up at the fair office and also available at your local library at the end of March,” said Adrenna Alkhas, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair. “With many new exhibits and arena events, guests are encouraged to buy tickets at a discounted rate beginning April 28th.”

“Celebrate good times” at the Fair

Turlock, CA (March 13, 2018) – The Stanislaus County Fair is preparing itself to witness true legends.

Kool & The Gang are coming to the Stanislaus County Fair, Saturday, July 14, 2018.  The iconic group will be performing on the Bud Light Variety Free Stage at 8:30 p.m. The concert will be hosted by 97.7 & 98.3 KWIN and is free with the price of Fair admission.

            “Most celebrations and festivals we attend play a Kool & The Gang song – in fact, we hear them so much that we seem to almost lose appreciation for such iconic music,” said Adrenna Alkhas, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair. “Being in the presence of a band who is considered one of “the greats” will allow us to show tribute and easily treasure what they have gifted us over the years.”

DON’T FEAR THE REAPER AT THE STANCOFAIR

Turlock, CA (March 8, 2018) – Blue Öyster Cult will have the entire Stanislaus County Fair jamming along to their timeless classics.
The Stanislaus County Fair welcomes Blue Öyster Cult on Tuesday, July 17, 2018. The band will be performing on the Bud Light Variety Free Stage at 8:30 p.m. The concert will be hosted by 104.1 The Hawk and is free with the price of Fair admission.
“Blue Öyster Cult has created tunes that undeniably sound better now more than ever,” said Adrenna Alkhas, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair. “With their music aging so gracefully and the band members having such a long history together, this iconic band is what a true classic rock band looks like.”

“YOU AND ME AND ALL OF THE PEOPLE” SHOULD EXPERIENCE LIFEHOUSE

Turlock, CA (March 1, 2018) – Lifehouse, the American rock band unlike any other, will be coming to the Stanislaus County Fair this summer.

The Stanislaus County Fair welcomes Lifehouse, Wednesday, July 18, 2018. The performance will take place on the Bud Light Variety Free Stage at 8:30 p.m. The concert will be hosted by KHOP @ 95.1 and is free with the price of Fair admission.

“Lead vocalist, Jason Wade, has such a unique, low-sounding voice that is easy to get lost in,” said Adrenna Alkhas, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair. “Those who listened to them in the early 2000s are definitely in for a nostalgic treat.”
