2018 Fair Dates Announced!

Turlock, CA (October 10, 2017) — Stanislaus County Fair officials have confirmed the dates for the 107th Fair in 2018.

The Stanislaus County Fair is set to run for 10-days on July 13 – 22, 2018.

“We had a very successful 2017 Fair and we have already begun securing great entertainment and exciting exhibits for our guests in 2018,” said Matt Cranford, Chief Executive Officer for the Stanislaus County Fair.

Many new options for the 2018 Fair are being reviewed.   Returning in 2018 will be the empowHER Lounge; Baby Care Center; and the pig races.  The fair will also have their annual educational exhibits, along with continued efforts to provide cost-effective options for guests who attend next year’s Fair, such as Free ‘til 3 p.m. Sundays, Fair Savings Coupon Book, Taco Bell coupon and many more.

“The staff at the Fair pulls together throughout the year to produce a memorable experience for all our guests,” said Cranford.  “As we close the books for the 2017 Fair, we are closely looking at the entertainment lineup and looking at ways on how families can save even more next year.”

Stanislaus County Fair concluded with a strong year!

Turlock, CA (August 3, 2017) – From high divers on fire to flying drones and pig races, the 106th Stanislaus County Fair brought in crowds from various places.
Residents picked the Stanislaus County Fair as their destination for the summer and drew in over 235,000 guests during its 10-day run, an 8 percent increase from 2016. The Fair opened on Friday, July 14 and concluded its annual run on Sunday, July 23, 2017. Fair concessions were down 3 percent and Butler Amusement, the fair ride operator, was up 15 percent compared to 2016.
“This year was successful even with the heat we experienced. Like other events, the heat had an impact on our weekend attendance,” said Matt Cranford, chief executive officer of the Stanislaus County Fair. “But our community supports and enjoys this Fair. That support helped us to see an 8 percent increase in attendance over last year.”

The Central Valley’s Finest Livestock to be sold at the Fair!

Turlock, CA (July 12, 2017)– Only the best livestock will be sold this year for the County’s livestock auction at the Stanislaus County Fair.
Local bidders will have the chance to take home some of the finest livestock in the Central Valley at the Stanislaus County Fair’s 50th Annual Replacement Heifer Sale on Friday, July 14th, the 53rd Annual Beef Sale on Friday, July 21st and the 53rd Annual Junior Livestock Auction on Saturday, July 22nd at the Stanislaus County Fairgrounds, located at 900 N. Broadway in Turlock.
Buyers may pre-register for the sales and auction at the Fair’s Livestock Office or Sales Office prior to the fair.

Last call for discounted tickets!

Turlock, CA (July 11, 2017) – The deadline to buy discounted Fair tickets ends in just two days.

Fair guests can buy discounted Fair admission tickets, unlimited ride wristbands, and season passes for a discounted rate until July 13th at 7 p.m. Discounted Fair admission tickets are on sale for $10 (a $12 value), unlimited ride wristbands are $28 (a $30 value Monday through Friday and $35 Saturday and Sunday), and season passes are $75 (a $120 value).

“There are several easy and great ways to save at the Fair this year,” said Adrenna Alkhas, spokesperson for the Stanislaus County Fair. “Guests have a chance to purchase discounted tickets early, as well as use the Fair Savings Coupon Book.”

The stancofair app is a must have this Summer!

Turlock, CA (July 6, 2017)– The Stanislaus County Fair Mobile App is the best way to keep up with all the events and concerts during the Fair’s 10-day run.

The Fair’s Mobile App is available through any App store, simply search “Stanislaus County Fair” and download the app for free. The app is compatible with both iPhones and Androids. The user-friendly interface makes it easy to travel around the Fairgrounds and have all the information you need in the palm of your hand. The app includes event listings, an interactive map, social media news, a historical timeline, daily discounts, Park ‘n Ride information, and a daily planner to help guests plan before attending the Fair.

A Comfortable and Convenient Fair

Make the most of Fair by taking advantage of all the free features such as the Park ‘n Ride shuttles, ReCharge Modesto Toyota Lounge, and the Baby Care Center.

The Fair’s free and convenient shuttle program is sponsored by FOX40, Budweiser, and the Vintage Faire Mall. Guests can park at CSU, Stanislaus on Crowell Road or park at Pitman High School in Turlock on Christoffersen Parkway and take the shuttle bus to the Fair. Shuttles depart every 15 minutes to and from the Fair’s Arch Gate. The buses run Monday – Friday from 4:30 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. and Saturday & Sunday’s from 11:30 a.m. – 12 a.m. Guests traveling by freeway may take the Fulkerth Road exit to go directly to the Fair, or use the alternative Taylor Road or Monte Vista Avenue exits for shuttle parking lots.

Christmas in July at the Stanislaus County Fair

It’s Christmas in July at The Stanislaus County Fair with the annual toy drive.
On Thursday, July 20th the Stanislaus County Fair and The Salvation Army are holding a toy drive at the Fair gates. Fair guests who donate one or more toys will receive two carnival ride tickets from Butler Amusements. All donations will help local children receive gifts for Christmas this year.
“The Fair is about making memories for the children in our community. We are happy to be a part of such a wonderful cause,” said Adrenna Alkhas, spokesperson for the Fair.

Disneyland ticket Giveaway with Kids Club Program

Turlock, CA (June 21, 2017) – Enroll your children in the educational Kids Club program at the Stanislaus County Fair for a chance to win Disneyland tickets.
KAT Country 103 has partnered with the Stanislaus County Fair’s Kids Club program to give away a four pack of two-day Disneyland tickets to one child who completes the interactive Kids Club passport.
